"Nosotros stayed for vi nights at the property in March 2022, in i of the two bedchamber suites with a view of the Bay. The accommodation was lovely, with comfortable beds, a fireplace, stylish furnishings, and information technology was a very generous size. The view from our bedchamber window was gorgeous, and the atmosphere of this converted manufactory, with exposed brick and quirky spaces is very unique. Our unit was also very well equipped with everything nosotros needed to set a meal when nosotros wanted, and it was supplied with luxurious toiletries, robes and towels. The size and layout were perfect for a family, offering enough of infinite and privacy for myself my hubby and our adult children. We were there to visit one of our daughters who had moved to San Fran, and a couple of nights she stayed over with us and the pull out in the living room hands allowed for 5 adults to be comfy in the flat ( indeed, I think with the pull out the unit would be comfy even for 6 people). The adaptation is really a high end super comfortable total flat, so it felt similar a home abroad from home, merely with full housekeeping services! My girl took full advantage of the large soaker tub, and as nosotros all needed to become a lilliputian work washed while nosotros were visiting, it was piece of cake for each of the states to find our own spot to exist on a reckoner, or alternatively relax in front of the fireplace or TV. The public spaces of the property are also terrific, offer a couple of huge outdoor decks with fire pits that were great for sitting out on a absurd evening. The deck on the 2d floor with a panoramic view of the Bay was particularly fabulous, and we had a footling vino and cheese visit with some friends out at that place ane night that was wonderful. The property's location, fastened to the shops and restaurants of Ghiradelli square and like shooting fish in a barrel walking distance to the bay, and Fisherman's wharf, as well every bit to Russian Hill, was super convenient and made the stay relaxing as we could grab a bite whenever nosotros wanted at one of the nearby restaurants and go for beautiful walks forth the water directly from the hotel. The affair that really set the hotel apart, though, was the service. Without exception every staff person I had contact with was smiling, helpful, and super all-around. I have travelled extensively and can't recall any place I've been where the staff were as noticeably pleasant. They really went the extra mile to be helpful. We volition definite come back!!"
"I researched just about every hotel in San Francisco but kept coming dorsum to this beautiful identify. The location lone was a no brainer simply the rustic charm had me. My friend and I unanimously agreed this was the place to gloat her 50th birthday! Peachy decision! From the start the customer service stood out. I chosen ahead to set a special welcome gift in our room and Jason went to a higher place and beyond in profitable with the details. He suggested a florist, made arrangements for chocolates and vino, and also fabricated some wonderful suggestions for restaurants in the area. Upon arrival our check in was seamless…We were greeted by a gracious and professional person valet named Azziz who escorted us to our room and was very thorough going over our civilities . We definitely had the best room in the house, a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with a kitchen, washer/dryer, a fireplace and a beautiful fire pit right exterior our room. The view of the bay and Alcatraz was amazing! The Ghirardelli chocolates, wine and beautiful flowers were the perfect bear upon. Throughout our stay, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding square, the ease of getting in and out, (we used the valet and we texted when nosotros were ready to go then our car was always waiting), the fact that we ever felt safe and secure, and the convenience of the location can't be beat! We were minutes abroad from well-nigh every attraction and restaurant nosotros had on our itinerary! The Only drawback was the lack of a restaurant for breakfast or room service, (possibly pandemic related?) but when you're minutes away from everything yous could perchance want, it wasn't missed. All in all we had an amazing stay, and when I come up dorsum to this beautiful city, there's no place I'ld rather be! Thank y'all to the Fairmont Heritage for helping us brand such a memorable experience!"
"Our family of 4 travelled to San Francisco for 3 nights as part of our leap break California trip in March 2022. I had loftier expectations for the Fairmont Ghirardelli Square, and it exceed them in every way. The staff was top-notch from arrival to deviation, ever bachelor, professional, and welcoming. Each person immediately responded to whatever request/question we had. The hotel itself is luxurious and refined -- a loftier-end retreat in a very decorated city. The location is perfect -- we were a 5 infinitesimal drive or walk from every site nosotros wanted to visit (Golden Gate Span, Ferry Building, Chinatown, Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf). We had a 3 bedroom residence, beautifully furnished, with fire place, audio organization throughout, and en-suite bathrooms for each room. And, of class, the hotel located directly in Ghirardelli Square which is itself a treat (and there is an outdoor deck with fire overlooking bay/Alcatraz. Our stay at the Fairmont Ghirardelli Square was perfect, and I can't recommend information technology highly plenty. Nosotros would absolutely go back."

"We came to the St Regis for my wife's birthday weekend. Prior to our inflow I had spoken to daniel the concierge and he helped programme things to perfection. His dining recommendation and areas to shop in the city were all spot on. Jason and staff at the door were likewise very welcoming and helpful in terms of where to become and helpful tips on navigating the city. I also love the fitness center and all the latest equipment and free weights. Mel who works in the gym was ever helpful and maintained the identify to perfection and gave me confidence everything was sanitized. The breakfast was awesome!! And if y'all're a bonvoy platinum member they give you a choice of breakfast entree and both a hot and cold potable for 2 which is around a 100 to 120 dollar value. The room had a great view and it was probably one of the nicest beds I've ever stayed in. They have a turndown service in afternoon and the room service was likewise fantabulous. It is expensive merely they totally striking it out of the park and Information technology was worth it. Information technology was a prissy treat and a memorable weekend for my wife and I. Nosotros look forrad to coming back in the future"
"The St Regis San Fransisco provided a dainty arctic weekend break which was well needed. Information technology is luxury, but not actually at the level (cost) it positions itself. The good - very efficient check-in, nice room, elegant and very well setup and maintained. The not and then expert, noisy rooms, sirens and people noise from the street below was surprising (18th floor). The cleaning staff very noisy in the hall way, the door has one" gap at the bottom so not very sound proof. The cleaning staff enter the room even with DND sign on. No stocked minibar or kettle in the room. The room service was very adept but hideously expensive with plus this and plus that. The breakfast service at the eatery was so and so, tedious and inattentive. They advertise breakfast until 11am simply then at 10:29am told me the kitchen closes at ten:30am. I don't recollect I will rush back."
"We were doing a staycation to celebrate my married woman'south first birthday with the infant and we had an amazing feel. Nosotros were warmly welcomed by Jason at the forepart and Irma very kindly took care of u.s. at the front desk, surprising the states with a squeamish Platinum upgrade and kindly sending up some birthday treats. We had a chance to bank check out the stunning new lobby lounge/bar/eating house both for dinner and breakfast and nosotros were delighted with both experiences, particularly the delicious menu and smashing execution on the food. This was an incredible stay and we are so glad we chose the St Regis to gloat!"

"Even afterward xx years of working and living in the Bay Surface area staying here gave me a view of the Golden Gate Bridge I accept never seen and even better I could see it from my soaking tub. Getting the right suite is the near of import matter when booking a place. I came here for a piece of work result so I just lucked out and probably they were trying to impress me and it worked. The suite we were had a living room and chamber separated by a ii sided fireplace and the near charming window seat with the perfect view of the Gold Gate Bridge. Nosotros only stayed 2 days and it was besides short a stay. The tub is massive and all of the decor is very redwood modern. Information technology was a fleck of walk down to the older part of the society from our more than mod suites but the paths were lit. The nutrient was pretty skilful every bit was the service but it's the view that yous are paying for. If you are wanting to be in San Francisco this is not the place for that as information technology's not in San Francisco."
"Corking identify to stay and I wish I had more fourth dimension there but I was there for piece of work meetings. The room was spacious, make clean and well appointed. I didn't accept a view of the bridge from the "gimmicky" edifice I stayed in but of a park and a piddling flake of h2o. The breakfast, lunch and snacks during our meetings were first-class both days! When I had breaks I always went outside to admire the view. The Adirondack chairs are perfect for relaxing. The minor imperfections: pillows were too soft for me, even when stacked then my cervix hurt when I woke up. The room seemed a bit warm and I couldn't open a window but ran the ceiling fan which helped. The fire identify seemed nice but of course I didn't run. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and it wasn't about as practiced as the food nosotros had during our meetings. Turkey, steak skewers and cake were dry out. Nevertheless I would return in a heartbeat if I could for the bikes, hikes and scenery."
"Cavallo Point is situated in nature and overlooking the iconic Gold Gate Span with extraordinary views from many places on the holding. The rooms are clean and stylish and include everything you lot need to be experience at domicile. The staff are amazing - from the quirky valet who will tell yous silly dad jokes to the friendly plough-down housekeeper who is making certain you're situated for the night. Every interaction makes you experience you lot vest and are welcome. They accept electrical bikes you can borrow and ride across the Gilded Gare bridge. It's also incredibly dog friendly. They even give you a cute canis familiaris bed and treats! Everything about Cavallo Signal is charming. Highly recommend."

"This is a great little boutique hotel. Reminds me of an English guest house with lots of graphic symbol. It is way out of the hustle and bustle of the metropolis middle but easy enough to get to. I beloved the location as it is correct across from Golden Gate Park. So nice to take beautiful long walks in the forenoon, serenity and peaceful. Safe neighborhood to walk around. Good breakfast, snacks throughout the day and wine in the evening. Whole Foods i block away, pub next door and several restaurants within a few blocks. If you lot are in SF for UCSF Medical center this is the identify to stay. Only chief shout out is to the staff. I have stayed here several nights while my married man was in the infirmary and each time Matthew has been amazing. One call and he efficiently and politely handles every request, from last infinitesimal reservations to finding me the perfect placidity room to facilitating late check-in's to restaurant and market recommendations. I never experience like any ask is too much problem. General Manager Bill is also as professional, accommodating and friendly - always a hello and checking to make sure I'm having a great stay. Veronica is very sweet, remembering me and sending good wishes for my husband'due south recovery. And Irya at the front desk-bound is cheerful and helpful. All in all, it is a very comfortable place to stay. I much adopt it here to the big chain hotels in the city middle."
"The staff is astonishing and way more patient than they have to be . Matthew was able to arrange an early check in for usa without any advance notice, and he did so while likewise existence harassed past an elderly male Karen who demanded, at various points, to speak to the owner of the hotel, for Matthew to "wake upwardly" the GM (at 2pm on a Sat), and for the internet to "stop lying" because he failed to realize that the room type he booked was street facing. Pro tip: all the rooms with double beds are street facing, if that is a deal breaker, but the neighborhood is and then quiet I can't imagine information technology would be too big of a deal. I can't believe people can still exist then rude in the middle of a pandemic and with the hospitality industry as burdened every bit it is, only Matthew handled it with grace. Sean was likewise very accommodating when I asked for some extra pillows and hot h2o later coming back from a long bike ride. There'southward a cycle rental identify a few blocks down that rents ebikes and regular bikes - I highly recommend renting ane and cycling through the park. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a complimentary daily wine hour that looks fun. Room 113 has a lovely view of copse and a fire escape that makes me feel like I'm back home in NYC."
"I booked this hotel for my Aunt as she had surgery the next day. I explained to the hotel that she was alone and I was booking from Florida. I chose this hotel mainly because of the reviews that claimed the staff was and then awesome and takes care of their guests. My aunt actually needed that since she had a surgery the next morning. I booked online and sent an electronic mail along with my attached confirmation if they needed to verify the charge. I specifically asked that they take proficient care of her and contact me upon arrival for any releases. They did not do this and challenged the reservation. They sent me an email while she was there, however my Aunt reported the place doesn't look like the pictures, it smelled of Raid, and at that place were windows propped open with sticks that she could run into from the street. She took picture and video for me. I sent word that she wouldn't exist staying then in that location was no demand to exercise the card say-so. I addressed I was disappointed at how they handled things and without even acknowledging what I had said, they sent me an invoice. The email was: "We noted the cancellation and charged you for the nighttime." So, you can charge me for a night without verifying a valid accuse for a room no one is staying in, but you tin can't make certain my aunt had a place to lay her head before surgery? Noted. I will dispute this with my credit bill of fare on tiptop of notifying BBB, corporate, and any other outlet. If I end up visiting San Francisco, I know to stay far away from this slightly upgraded Motel 6."
